Shirley McGill Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on July 18, 2025, Shirley McGill (London, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Waldron and Dorothy Waldron; her spouse Thomas William McGill; her son David; her sister Barbara (Howard Gilbert); and her brothers-in-law, Jim and William McGill.

She is survived by: her children, Deb, Peter Parkinson (Woodstock), Judith McGill (Toronto), Brian and Kim McGill (London); her grandchildren, Ashlee, Brian Fuhr (Theo), Josh, Carli Parkinson, Rebecca Wylie, Ben Coyle (Hugh), Meredith Wylie, Ryan Scheer (Oscar), Cody, Michelle McGill, Stephanie McGill, Chris Kenney-Willder, Kinsley, Chris Loosely and Anik McGill; her siblings, Carol McNall (Gilbert) and Peter (Sharon Gilbert); and her brother-in-law Louie Carlos Contreras (California). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations to the Alzheimer's Society London or to the Lambeth Community Cemetery "Rose Garden" will be gratefully acknowledged.
