He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Brown. He is survived by: his son Wayne S. Brown of Tchesinkut Lake, B. C; his grandson Stuart F. Brown (Leanne Zacharias); and his great grandchildren, Lily Jayne of Abbotsford, B. C, Kadie of Abbotsford, B. C and Missed. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
