He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth "Lillian" Moczulski; and his siblings, Joseph Moczulski, Michael Moczulski, Kate Moczulski, Frank McCoskey, Nellie Frydryszczyk, Walter Moczulski, Martin Moczulski, Mary Cunningham and Tony McCoskey.
He is survived by: his children, John-Paul Moczulski (Libby) of Mississauga and Jeffrey Moczulski of London; his grandchildren, Warner, Anais and Ryker; and his sibling's children, Kathy Wilkins and David Moczulski (Christine). He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Society of St. Vincent de Paul would be appreciated.
