He was predeceased by: his parents, Margrette Johnston and Jim Johnston of London. He is survived by: his close friend Dianne Edwards. He is also survived by his brother and sister and extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his honor to the Canadian Cancer Society.
