He is survived by: his significant other Yvonne Okkerse; his sisters, Janet Cram (Brian), Margo Kelly and Sheila Kelly; his aunt Mary Thomson; and his close friends, Heather, Mark Holden, Rob Wilkinson, Don Barber and Rod Cowan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
