He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry and Jean; and his brother Kevin. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole and Michelle Tozer; and his siblings, Barry Tozer (Sue), Sandra Tozer (Peter Thompson) and Pam Harbottle (Rob). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
