He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry and Frances; and his brother Raymond (Ray). He is survived by: his wife Theresa Lannan; his siblings-in-law, Michael Lannan (Lucie), Margaret Parks (Don) and Catherine; his siblings, John, Mary Gale Race (Doug Race) and Ellen Hawman; his nieces and nephews, Carrie Race (Bert James), Victoria Starkey, Scott Race and Gary Ashley; his great-nephew Nathaniel Starkey-Race; his great-nieces, Jessica Ashley, Jena Ashley and Chelsea Starkey; and also Octavia Starkey. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
