He was predeceased by: his former wife Barbara (Knighton); his daughter Helen (Janes); and his brother John Janes Eberhard (Frances Wigston) of London. He is survived by: his wife Jeannette (O'Brien); his grandchildren, Amy of St. Thomas, Joshua (Shari) of Dallas, Benjamin (Shale) of Whitehorse, Matthew (Emma) of London, Jonathan (Bethany) of Kimberley, David (Sarah) of Halifax, James, Anna-Clare Leeke, Amanda, Jacob, Lillian, Oliver, Arthur, Clarke, Weston, Alfred, Alexander, Charlie and Isabel; his child R. S. Eberhard (Rudy); and his sisters, Elizabeth Jane Eberhard of London and Margaret (Peggy). He is also survived by six children, and 13 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, sisters- and brothers-in-law.
