She was loved and cherished by many people including : her boyfriend Mike; her mother Rose McCabe; her son Ricky Burgess; and her sister Kathleen McCabe. She was also cherished by her family and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 13th 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John T. Donohue Funeral Home (362 Waterloo St, London, ON N6B2N6). A prayer was held on Wednesday, September 13th 2023 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A funeral mass was held on Thursday, September 14th 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Mary Immaculate Church (1980 Trafalgar St, London, ON N5V1A2). A burial was held on Thursday, September 14th 2023 from 12:15 PM to 12:30 PM at the St. Peter's Cemetery (806 Victoria St, London, ON N5Y4E1).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Suzanne to Crohn's and Colitis Canada or to the Mary Immaculate Capital Campaign would be appreciated.
