She was predeceased by: her husband Gordon Fletcher; and her sisters, Nancy Doran and Sally Murphy. She is survived by: her children, Sean Fletcher of London, Teresa Smith (Gary) of Mono and Bridget Emma La Vigne (Stephen) of London; her grandchildren, Meagan, Rachael, Matthew Fletcher, Fiona and Liam Smith; her siblings, John Murphy (Colette), Bridget McAdam (Jim), Tom Murphy (Ita), Peter Murphy (Liz) and Richard Murphy (Bernie); and her brother-in-law Mylie Doran. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews and also by many friends.
Because of her love for animals, donations in Teresa's memory may be made to the Humane Society London & Middlesex, 624 Clarke Road, London, ON N5V 3K5.
