He was predeceased by: his father Jack. He is survived by: his pet Lemmy; his mother Bernadine; his children, Emma (Terry S.), Gregory J. (Kaiden) and Matthew; his siblings, Frank (Zeina), George (Sally), Maria (Greg) and Lisa (Mickey); and his pets, Zeus and Neena. He is also survived by his niece and nephews, his many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and co-workers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Terry's name to St. Joseph's Hospice, London.
