He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fowler and Ruby Fowler; and his brother-in-law Lorne Vincent. He is survived by: his wife Ilene; his children, Darrel Fowler (Kathleen) and Karen Rowe (Les); his grandchildren, Jenessa, Shawn, Shaylyn, Brandon, Devin and Krista; and his siblings-in-law, Gord Vincent (Judy), Harv Vincent (Evelyn), Paul Vincent (Tanya), Pauline Desjardine and Sharon Perry (Mark).
