He was predeceased by: his parents, Geraldine Parsons (Lawson) and Kenneth Parsons; and his brothers, Ken Parsons and Garry Parsons. He is survived by: his children, Stephanie, Jeff MacSween, John and Joanne Parsons; his grandchildren, Tyler MacSween, Kerstie Chan, Ryan MacSween, Meghan Parsons, Sarah Parsons and Jordan Taylor-Baptiste; his great grandchild Lucy MacSween; and his close friend Luis Bairos.
