He is survived by : his wife Linda Helen Witwer (Brown); his sister Sally Lewis; his nephew Paul Lewis; his niece Linda Lutz (Dieter); his great-nephews, Kirk, Christian Lewis and Kelly Lewis; his nieces and nephews, Bonnie Stockdale (Jim), Red McLarty (Theresa) and Bob McLarty; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Alycia, Ryan, Katie McLarty, Jon McLarty (Jenny), Paul McLarty (Jane) and Krysta McLarty (Emma); and his close friends, Joan and Bill Miniotas.
