He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack A. Tillmann and Eleanor "Peg" Tillmann. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Tom (Laura), Beth Ann, Wendy (Brian) and Rick (Christy); his stepsons, Kevin, Peter and Neil Anderson (Shelley); and his sisters, Joan Cluff and Barbara Jones. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions, family and friends are not able to gather at this time.
