As Vincent Lawrence departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Vincent Lawrence. Though Vincent Lawrence may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Jozef Schönberger and Ilona Schönberger (Stelki). He is survived by: his wife Hendrika Schuurhuis-Schönberger (Hennie); his children, Dr. Natasha Hendrika Chenowith (Paul) and Timothy Vincent Schönberger (Grace); and his grandchildren, Ethan Vincent (Opa), Addison Natasha and Meredith Natasha. He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, four brothers, in-laws, nieces and nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ostrander's Funeral Home (43 Bidwell St, Tillsonburg, ON N4G3T6). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church (51 Venison St W, Tillsonburg, ON N4G1V1).
Donations in memory of Vincent can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and can be made online directly with the charity or via cheque payable to the Cancer Society by contacting the Funeral Home. The family has chosen to send donations to CANADIAN CANCER SOCIETY - SOCIÉTÉ CANADIENNE DU CANCER.
