He was predeceased by: his parent Foong Kar Sek. He is survived by: his spouse Soo; his children, Yen, Ai-Leng and Emma (Jesse); his parent Tang Wing Kee; and his siblings, Foong Wai Seng (Alice), Foong Lai Yee and Foong Lai Pik (Ang Hong). He is also survived by friends in Halifax, where the children.
