He was predeceased by: his brother John; and his brother-in-law Robert Boothe. He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Boothe); his children, Leslie Lampkin (Scott Wright), Bradley (Cheryl) and Brian (Laura); his grandchildren, John, Chris, Nolan, Gillian, Alyssa and Rhys; and his sister Patricia Finn (late Bryan). He is also survived by many cousins and extended family and friends.
