He is survived by: his children, Kris (Rob), Gerry (Andrea), Katie (Kurt) and Josh; his grandchildren, Blake, Bryn, Benjamin, Nash, Clark, Freddie and Felix; his siblings, Barb Alkemade (Stan), Cam Holland (Mary Ann) and John Holland; his cousins, Kathy, Ryan Willis and Dwight Willis; his niece Meagan; and his nephews, Bo, Drew (Karen) and Mackenzie (Sarah).
