He was predeceased by: his former wife Josephine "Jo" Menary. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Menary; his children, Dianne Lutzak (Steve) of Brentwood, Tennessee and Ruth Cole (Tim) of Shreveport, Louisiana.; his grandchildren, Claire, Meredith Lutzak, Elizabeth and Gillian Cole; and his sister Laura Black (Desmond) of Northern Ireland. He is also survived by the many friends and family members.
