She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Powell and Phyllis Powell. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Hulbert (Bob); her children, Alan Hulbert, Alison Hulbert (Gerald) and Ian Hulbert (Erin); her grandchildren, Rachel Lethbridge (Nate), Victoria Robins, Nicholas and Harrison Hulbert; and her great grandchild Olivia Robins. She is also survived by family in England, especially her sisters and brothers.
