He was predeceased by: his wife Dorcas Swalwell; his children, Timothy Gehrke and Jeanine Nicolle (Gary); his grandchildren, Summer Murnaghan (Dan) and Courtney Mancini (Matt); his parents, Herman Gehrke and Elsie Gehrke (Haufe) of Commanda, ON; and his brothers, Wallace (Gladys) and Albert (Audrey).
He is survived by: his great grandchildren, Lucan, Liam Murnaghan, James and Andrew Mancini; his nephew John Gehrke (Thelma); his great-niece Ashley Youngblut (Carlos); and also Alexis Youngblut.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Paul Funeral Home (531 Main St, Powassan, ON P0H1Z0). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 415, Port Loring in Arnold's memory would be appreciated by the family.
