It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bert Edward Whitmell of Loring, Ontario, who passed away on June 6, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his wife Judith Ann "Judy" (Atkins); his parents, Ruby Whitmell (Davis) and Victor Whitmell; and his siblings, Cindy Payne (late Steve), Clare (late Judy) and Jerry Whitmell.

He is survived by : his children, Edward "Ted" (Diana Brushey) of Stittsville and Jennifer of Port Loring; his grandson Rowan Brushey-Whitmell; and his brothers, Jim Whitmell (Delta) of Paris, ON and Joey Whitmell (Carrie) of Port Loring.
