He was predeceased by: his girlfriend Alice Barker; and his parents, Leo and Olive. He is survived by: his siblings, Laura Dekker and Robert (Tammy); his nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Heather, Eric Dekker, Geoffrey MacMitchell and Carrie Hurley; and his in-law Eleanor Barker.
