James Robert Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Robert of Lucan, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Jesse. He is survived by: his sister Patricia Cooper; his siblings-in-law, Marion Dykeman and Robert Heckman; his nieces and nephews, Jeff Cooper (Dawn), Ted Cooper (Melanie), James Cooper (Nicki), Judson Dykeman (Veronica), Maggie Sparks (Duane), Les Dykeman (Petra), Marcia Heckman (Don), Jen Heckman (Bas), Brian Heckman (Jaela) and Billie Heckman (Darline); his close friends, Peter Smith (Lois), John Bennett (Barb) and Paul Sloan (Pat); his friend Lucan; and his son Charlie. He is also survived by his many great-nieces, nephews, cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lucan Community Centre (263 Main St, Lucan, ON N0M2J0).
Donations to Parkinson Society – Southwest Ontario, Humane Society London & Middlesex or a charity of your choice in Rob's memory would be appreciated by the family.
