It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Ardelia (Lucas) Nevin of Lucan, Ontario, who passed away on October 1, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bud Lucas and Dorothy Lucas; and her siblings, Terry, Bob Lucas and Liz Mann.
She is survived by: her husband Glen Nevin; her children, Jeff Nevin (Laurie) of Lucan, Wendy O'Neil (Mac) of Chicago and Shannon Pretli (Robert) of San Antonio; her grandchildren, Maggie (Jeremy), Abigail (Thomas), Samuel, Ryder, Nicholas and Amelia; her siblings, Ronald Lucas (Beverly), Keith Lucas (Joan), David Lucas (Linda), Sharon Bidtnes (Toby), Judy Mackey, Bonnie Brammer, Debbie McGuire (Joe) and Valerie Gough; her in-laws, Karl and Joey Nevin; and her pets, Daisy and Danny Boy. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Haskett Funeral Home (456 Main St S, Exeter, ON N0M1S6).
