She is survived by: her spouse Johan'Jack'Van Gaal of Lucan; her children, Peter Stachowiak, Sandra Price and Michael Stachowiak; and her grandchildren, Jacob, Lukas Stachowiak, Sofia, Jade, Nathaniel Price, Marissa Simpson (Jordan), Peyton Stachowiak (Ethan), Covan Stachowiak and Aleah Simpson.
