He is survived by : his sisters, Wemke Rijsdisk (Piet), Alie Veldhuis (Henk) and Miep Akker (Koost); and his daughters, Tabatha Van Boven (Darren), Melissa Monsma (Carl Link) and Kathy Holland. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
