She was predeceased by: her spouse D. W. Woody Atkinson; her parents, Ruth Helm and William Helm; and her siblings, Eunice Dunsmuir and John Helm (Mary).
She is survived by: her children, David (Karen) of Auburn, Steven of Lucknow, Ken (Linda) of Lucknow and Debra of Waterloo; her grandchildren, Jonathan (Samantha), Teresa (Duncan), Melissa (Beth), Emily (Frank), Rebecca, Justin (Ashley) and Jessica (Dalton); and her brother Evans Helm (Barb). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home (595 Campbell St, Lucknow, ON N0G 2H0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home, Lucknow Chapel (595 Campbell St, Lucknow, ON N0G 2H0).
