She was predeceased by: her husband Allan Gibson; her parents, Alvin Irwin and Olive Irwin; her parents-in-law, Marshall and Grace Gibson; and her siblings-in-law, Elaine Irwin, Phyllis Rivett (Norman), Shirley Smith (Don), Bill Gibson, George Madge and Jim Gibson (Eleanor).
She is survived by: her children, Diane Henderson (Larry) of Lucknow, Glen Gibson (Cathy) of Lucknow and Brenda Robinson (Matthew) of Lucknow; her grandchildren, Haydn, Haley (Ethan), Darcie (Cole) and Spencer; her brother Bob Irwin (Marylou); her siblings-in-law, Beatrice Madge, Kathleen Gibson and Donnie Gibson (Dianne); and her child Ashfield. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the MacKenzie & McCreath Funeral Home (595 Campbell St, Lucknow, ON N0G 2H0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Lucknow United Church (505 Havelock St, Lucknow, ON N0G2H0). A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Greenhill Cemetery (86511 Lucknow Line, Lucknow, ON N0G2H0).
