It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gerald Charles Deir of Lyn, Ontario, who passed away on June 21, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Gerald Charles Deir to show support.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Leonard Deir and Rosemary Deir (Flood); his brothers, Ronald Flood, Patrick Deir and Raymond Deir; his brother-in-law Murray Trickey; and his nieces, Bailey Brooke Zaveda and Christina Trickey.

He is survived by : his children, Tracey James (late Colin) of Scotland and Paul Deir (Alison) of Brockville; his grandchildren, Michaela Wall (Jeff), Evan Deir and Rory James; his sisters, Ann Whaley (Bob) of Brockville, Marie Trickey (Wayne Woods) of Brockville and Helen Deir of Brockville; and his wife Joanne Baynham. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

In memory of Gerry, donations to St. James Cemetery, Ballycanoe would be appreciated by the family.
