It is with sadness that the passing of Douglas Parks (Madoc, Ontario) is shared. Douglas, born on January 19, 1949, passed away on June 2, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Douglas will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honour Douglas by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Douglas is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Douglas’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He is survived by: his mother Vera; his siblings, Marilyn, Bill (Karen), Lori (Scott) and David; his children, Sarah (Colin) and Michael (Sue); his grandchildren, Emma and Gavin; Colleen. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family.
