Ruth Rathwell Obituary
The memory of Ruth Rathwell (Madoc, Ontario), who passed away on October 27, 2025 at the age of 87, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Moore and Marjorie Moore; her husbands, William McKenney and Keith Rathwell; and her granddaughter Nicole.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Grey (Steve McGee) of Madoc, Jane Smyth (David) of White Lake, Edward McKenney (Toni) of Norland and Mark McKenney (Alison) of Madoc; her brother Ronald Moore (Margaret) of Lanark; her grandchildren, Mallory, Rachel, William, Gabrielle, Jillian, Natalie and Caitlin; and her great grandchild Grace.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Arts Centre (24 Seymour St W, Madoc, ON K0K2K0).
