It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of George Knapp (Maitland, Ontario), who passed away on April 27, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Troy; his parents, Kaye and Earl; and his sisters, Doris and Cheslyn.
He is survived by: his wife Thelma Knapp (Conners); his children, Kate and Daniel (Claire); his grandchildren, Kathleen, Mitchell, MacKenzie and Brendon; his siblings, Claude (Wendy), Nancy, Hugh (Sharon) and Cherilyn (Al); and his cousin Marg. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Irvine Memorial Chapel (2451 County Rd 15, Maitland, ON K0E1P0). A graveside service will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Gardens (2451 County Rd 15, Maitland, ON K0E1P0).
