With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Pickard (Maitland, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 15, 2025 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his sister Linda Galvin; and his parents, Jeanne Pickard and William Pickard. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pickard; his children, Christina Pickard (Paul Porteous), Matt Pickard (Amy) and Allison Myre (Jason); his grandchildren, Sierra, Keitha, Paige, Cooper, Nathan, Danika and Avery; his sister Susan Pickard (Cameron Quilliam); and his sibling's children, Trevor, Eric Budd and Carolyn Galvin.

Donations to the Alzheimer Society of Lanark Leeds Grenville or Sherwood Park Manor Legacy of Care will be gratefully acknowledged.
