Lucy Palen Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lucy Palen of Manotick, Ontario, who passed away on April 5, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Bob (Robert John); and her siblings, Joey Tegano and Joanne J Lacelle. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn (Marlin) and Partington; her grandson Stewart; her great grandchildren, Mia Lucy and Meagan Eve; her nieces and nephews, Maria Swan, Lorraine Farrell, Cal Palen, Joseph Tegano and Brian Lacelle; her friends, Linda Brisebois, Russ Mullen and Bud Quinlan; and also Emmanuelle.

In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society (https://ottawahumane.ca) would be preferred by Nan.
