Doreen Mary Roy Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doreen Mary Roy of Markdale, Ontario, who passed away on February 7, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her spouse Jean Paul Roy; her children, Jeannine Roy, Richard Roy and Eugene Roy (Gail); her parents, Arthur Desabrais and Mildred Desabrais; and her siblings, Shirley Huard, Audrey Francoeur (Yves), Lucien, Darcy, Robert and Edward Desabrais.

She is survived by : her children, Doreen Bell (late Jay), Leona Furlong (Pierce), Jackie Nibbs (Colin) and Theresa Sousa; and her sisters, Theresa Graham (late Lennox), Betty Muldoon (Gerry), Jacqueline Wiles (Peter), Lorraine Lair (late Ernie) and Sharon Gervais (Paul). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
