It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Porteous of Markdale, Ontario, who passed away on November 4, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Porteous to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by : his wife Janet; his parents, Arthur and Bertie; and his sister Laura Talbot. He is survived by : his children, Elaine McLean (Don) of Maxwell, Shay McFadden (Doug) of Markdale, Joan Ivison (Tom) of Nova Scotia, Robert (Gayle) of Flesherton, Leo (Heather) of Maxwell, Nancy Worster (James) of Maine, USA and Laurie. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
Family members unable to attend due to COVID-19 will be available via virtual communication.
