In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Anka leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Anka may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She is survived by: her children, Miroslav (Sabrina) and Radmila (Boris); and her grandchildren, Luka, Nina, Melea, Tiana and Elysia. She is also survived by her extended family and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Highland Funeral Home - Markham Chapel (10 Cachet Woods Ct, Markham, ON L6C3G1). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church (54 Clinton St, Toronto, ON M6G2Y3). An entombment was held on Friday, January 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Highland Memory Gardens (33 Memory Gardens Ln, North York, ON M2H3K4).
