He was predeceased by: his parents, Jan Mast and Mary Mast. He is survived by: his wife Gwyneth; his children, Lisa and David (Nicole); his grandchildren, Pieter, Sarah and Amilia; and his siblings, Dirk (Ann), Wilna Byrne (Tom) and John (Lea).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Andrew's United Church Markham or Canadian Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.
