Baldev Sood Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Baldev Sood (Markham, Ontario), who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Baldev departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Baldev may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Baldev leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kamlesh Sood; his son Alkesh Sood; his daughter-in-law Poonam Thadani; his grandchildren, Aneesha D'Souza (Delan D'Souza), Aneel Sood and Arusha Sood; and his great grandchildren, Leo D'Souza and Arlo D'Souza.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM at the Chapel Ridge Funeral Home (8911 Woodbine Ave, Markham, ON L3R5G1). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
