It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Mae Patrick (Markham, Ontario), who passed away on December 10, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her children, Steven (Christine) and Gillian (Robert Mutch); and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Lauren, Thomas and Peter.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Grace Anglican Church in Markham.
