He is survived by: his wife Bernice; his children, David (Lesley), Geoffrey (Lisa), Cathy (Adrian), Lori (Scott) and Anne; his grandchildren, Nicole (Josh), Candice, Michael Moxley, Erin, Emily, Bryan Moxley, Jayme, Monica, Alanna Nagy, Matthew (Délia), Adam (Kelsey), Carly White, Daniel, Nicholas and Ryan Porter; his great grandchildren, Payton Roberts and Jacob Roberts; and his sisters, Marie Merriman (Ted) and Dorothy Moxley.
In lieu of flowers, we would appreciate donations to the Alzheimer's Society or Salvation Army.
