It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Derrick Allan Cotterill (Markham, Ontario), born in Scarborough, Ontario, who passed away on April 5, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Cotterill and Mary Cotterill; his son Mark Cotterill; and his sisters, Frances McKenzie and Lillian Bichener (Fred).
He is survived by: his wife Jane; his children, Hayley Lumsden (Jesse) and Meghan Cotterill (Henrik); his grandchildren, Lucy, Josie, Harrison, Betty, Lottie, Max and Felix; and his siblings, Shirley Austin (Doug), Hilda Harris (Don), Delores Doran (Jim), Barbara Smith (Phil) and Harold Cotterill (Glenna). He is also survived by extended family, friends.
