He was predeceased by: his father John Thomson; his granddaughters, Jordan, Jessica, Lindsey and Ashley; and his siblings, Ken (Miriam), Ruby Palmer (James), Bert and Lois Smith (Alvin).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley (Cameron); his children, John Thomson (Jill), Carol Thomson and Bruce Thomson (Stephanie); his sister Ruth (Thane); and his sisters-in-law, Marion Thomson, Esther Thomson and Bernice Cameron. He is also survived by his friends and family.
