He was predeceased by: his son Rick (Kathy). He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughters, Julie (Dom) and Diana (Dion); his brothers, Ron, David and Norm; and his sister-in-law Heather (Brian). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to Markham Stouffville Hospital or Alzheimer's Society of Canada.
