It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Vipond in Markham, Ontario, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Luther (Esther), Lewis (Doris), Bill (Elinor), Tim (Stella), Helen, Marjorie (Lorne) and Martha (Taff).

He is survived by: his children, Brian Vipond (Liz) of Toronto and Alison Rodgers of Brooklin; his grandchildren, Maddie and Jake; and his brother Sully Vipond (late Gloria). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In memory of Doug memorial donations to Markhaven Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
