He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy Ashmead. He is survived by: his sons, James (Ashley) and Greg (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Laura, Daniel and Olivia; and his mother Ina. He is also survived by three brothers, three sisters and their extended families.
