He was predeceased by: his son Nick (Anna Maria); his parents, Nicola Pizzitelli and Giacomina Casamassima; his former spouses, Alessandro (Maria), Pasquale (Rosa) and Tobia (Antonetta); and his sisters-in-law, Maria Regina (late Franco) and Domenica Trentadue (Vito).
He is survived by: his children, Mina and Phil; his granddaughter Veronica; his spouse Giulia; and his brother-in-law Mauro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
