He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia; and his brother Alexander Dow. He is survived by: his children, Ted (Mary), David (Kathryn), Grant (Magdalena) and Bruce (Hajnalka); his grandchildren, Alanna (Robert), Carolyn (Greg), Jennifer, Carla, Jessica, Michael, John, Virginia and William; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Jason, Ainsley, Dane and Lauren.
